A nonabrasive machine that reduces hair growth permanently and improves the appearance of facial skin. To improve the appearance of facial skin, it is recommended for at least 6 sessions. To reduce hair growth permanently, it is recommended for at least 10 sessions. Intense Pulsed Light machine must be able to differentiate the hair from the skin which means that the hair color needs to be different than the skin color. Hair must be recently shaven, very short. Typically, if you shaved 3 days prior to your service, it is the perfect hair length.
There are four categories that the Intense Pulsed Light machine which are rejuvenation, acne, dark spot/sun damage and tightening. At least 6 sessions are necessary to see results. Intense Pulsed Light penetrates the skin using a broad-spectrum light that filters out unwanted wavelengths as a means of treating skin conditions.
Both are based on light to destroy the hair follicle, the main technological difference between the two is that laser uses one specific wavelengths of light, while IPL uses a full spectrum of light
In most cases, hair growth decreases between 80% to 90% and few remaining hairs become very thin with very slow growth. To maintain results and eliminate new hair growth, it is recommendable to do maintenance sessions, an average of two times a year.

In some cases, skin can appear very red right after the treatment but redness disappears within hours. We recommend using Post Wax Serum for calming effects. In addition, the use of sunscreen is necessary. You may experience soreness after treatment which is normal. If side effects do not disappear within 24 to 48 hours, please consult your doctor.
