How do I find the closest Brazilian Wax & Spa by Claudia?
Use the Locations page to search by city, state or ZIP code. Each location page includes its address, hours, phone number, email, directions and local booking link.
Do all locations offer the same services?
No. Service menus can vary by location. Choose your spa first, then review the services currently listed for that location before booking.
Can I book online?
Yes. Select Book now, choose the service or package you want and then choose a location. The site will send you to the correct local booking page.
Where can I find a spa’s hours, phone number and email?
Open that spa’s page from the Locations directory. Its verified contact details and hours appear near the top of the page.
Can I walk in without an appointment?
Walk-ins are welcome when the spa can fit you in, but same-day service is not guaranteed. Call your chosen spa to check availability before you visit.
Services
Straight answers about what to book and where it may be offered.
What is the difference between a bikini wax and a Brazilian wax?
A bikini wax removes hair around the bikini line. Bikini full and Brazilian options remove more hair, with the final coverage based on your preference and the service offered by your spa.
Do you offer waxing for men?
Yes. Men’s services may include the back, chest, arms, legs, brows, ears, nose and other areas. Open Men’s Services and choose a location to see its current menu.
What is sugaring?
Sugaring is a hair-removal method that uses a sugar-based paste. It is offered only at participating spas, so confirm the local menu before booking.
Where is laser hair removal available?
Laser hair removal is currently listed only in Savannah, Georgia, and Boynton Beach, Florida. It is subject to local consultation and applicable law.
Do you offer brows, threading, tinting or facials?
Threading removes hair with twisted thread, while brow waxing, tinting, and facial services use different techniques. These services are available only at participating locations, so choose a spa to confirm its current options.
Appointment changes & spa policies
What to know before changing a visit or returning a purchase.
What if I need to cancel, reschedule, or I am running late?
Need to cancel or reschedule? Call your spa at least a day before your appointment. With that notice, the existing spa policy says there is no cancellation fee and no loyalty-program visit is deducted. If you're running late, call the spa so the team can let you know what options are available.
What happens if I miss an appointment?
After a missed appointment, online rescheduling of that visit is not available. After a second missed appointment, the policy says you cannot reschedule online or by phone; visits are walk-in only, subject to availability at your spa. At Augusta and Evans, less than 24 hours' notice or a no-show results in a charge equal to 50% of the appointment cost. This location-specific rule took effect April 15, 2025.
Can I return a product?
Products may be returned to the original spa of purchase within 30 days with the original receipt if they are new and unused. An eligible return receives the full purchase amount as store credit, not a cash refund. Leave the returned product with that spa. Opened products and returns after 30 days are not accepted.
Are services or packages refundable or transferable?
Services and packages are non-transferable and non-refundable. Gift-card exchanges are not accepted. For questions about a specific purchase, contact the spa where it was purchased. Membership enrollment and cancellation terms are shown with the plan at checkout and can be confirmed with the spa where you enrolled. Do not assume the separate legacy loyalty-program rules apply to a current Membership.
What happens if I cancel or change an earlier loyalty program?
For a loyalty program purchased under the earlier spa policy, cancellation or a change to a different service is handled by the original spa of purchase: visits already used are recalculated at the regular individual-service price and deducted from the amount paid. Any remaining balance is issued as store credit. The program cannot be transferred to another person or used for a service it does not cover; the client cannot simply pay the difference for another service. Ask the original spa to review the terms of your particular purchase. These older loyalty-program rules do not automatically apply to current VIP or Master Memberships.
Can I bring a child, friend, or guardian into the treatment room?
The treatment room is for one client and one skin specialist. A guardian may accompany a minor. A child may be allowed if they can sit quietly or are secured in a stroller, subject to room space and safety. Call your spa ahead of time about stroller space; a service may be stopped and rescheduled if the child cannot remain safe.
Can I take photos or video during my appointment?
Photos and videos are not permitted in treatment rooms, even if a skin specialist says they are comfortable with a recording.
Before your appointment
Here’s what to know before your first waxing appointment.
How long should the hair be before waxing?
The hair needs enough length for wax to grip it, but the ideal timing can differ by area and service. Ask your chosen spa if you are unsure before the appointment.
Should I exfoliate right before a wax?
Avoid aggressive last-minute exfoliation. Arrive with clean, dry skin and follow any service-specific instructions from your spa.
What should I tell my esthetician before waxing?
Mention skin sensitivities, irritation, recent sun exposure, recent treatments and products or medications that may affect the area. Never stop prescribed medication based on a website.
Can I wax irritated or sunburned skin?
Contact the spa before your visit if the area is sunburned, broken, tender or actively irritated. The team can tell you whether the appointment should be changed or rescheduled.
What should I wear to a waxing appointment?
Comfortable, loose clothing can reduce rubbing on freshly waxed skin. Choose clothing that also gives the provider easy access to the area being treated.
How often should I schedule waxing or sugaring?
Timing varies with the person, treatment area, hair growth, skin response, and service. Ask your local esthetician what timing makes sense for you instead of relying on one schedule for every service.
Is sugaring or threading right for sensitive skin?
No method is right for every person. Tell the spa about sensitivity, irritation, skin conditions, recent treatments, and products or medications that may affect the area before booking. The local provider can discuss availability and whether the service is appropriate.
Aftercare
Keep the first day simple and pay attention to how your skin responds.
What should I avoid right after waxing?
Right after a wax, avoid excess heat, friction, tight clothing, and touching the area more than necessary. Follow the specific instructions from your esthetician.
Is redness after waxing normal?
Temporary redness can happen. Contact a qualified healthcare professional if it persists or comes with intense pain, significant swelling, warmth, pus, discharge, fever or feeling unwell.
When can I exfoliate after waxing?
Wait until the area feels calm and is no longer red or tender. Restart gently and follow the timing suggested by your esthetician.
How can I help prevent ingrown hairs?
Avoid picking, keep the skin comfortably moisturized and add gentle exfoliation only after the area has settled. A dermatologist can help with frequent or painful bumps.
Where can I find aftercare products?
The Products page links to official BrazCare product pages. Ask your esthetician which product and timing fit the service area before using something new.
Membership & packages
Compare the two options, then check the details for your spa.
Is Membership pricing the same at every spa?
No. Membership pricing varies by location. Choose a plan and spa to see that location’s verified price and checkout link.
What is the difference between VIP and Master?
VIP includes the highest listed savings on products, gift cards, and eligible add-ons, plus one complimentary extra. Master includes the core Brazilian service and high-frequency treatment with lower savings. Both VIP and Master include 20% off your friend’s first visit. This benefit is part of Women’s and Men’s Brazilian Wax and Sugar memberships. Ask your spa how to apply it before your friend’s first visit. Your spa confirms all terms before enrollment.
Can I choose Brazilian Wax or Brazilian Sugar for Membership?
Yes, where offered. Women’s and Men’s Membership each offer Wax and Sugar options with VIP and Master tiers.
How do I join Membership?
Choose Women’s or Men’s Membership, then select Wax or Sugar, VIP or Master, and a spa. You’ll see that spa’s exact price, then continue to the secure enrollment page.
Is a package the same as Membership?
No. Packages and Membership are different purchase options. Read the package details and compare them with Membership before choosing the option that works best for you.
Chat & reviews
What chat can answer and where the site’s public review information comes from.
Can the site chat speak my language?
Yes. The chat opens by asking which language you prefer and keeps that choice for the current conversation. If you write in another language later, it asks before switching.
Can I ask for a person in the chat?
Yes. Ask for a team member at any time. If the automated assistant needs local confirmation, it will ask whether you’d like to speak with someone before transferring the conversation.
Will the chat give me prices or live appointment times?
No. The chat does not provide prices or claim real-time availability. Use the location-specific booking flow or contact the spa for current details.
Are the location reviews real?
After a location page loads, it requests current review data from Google Places. The site does not write or store review text as its own copy, and every visible review includes a source link and Google attribution.
