If you choose to enter a street address or ZIP code in the chat to find nearby spas, that origin and the addresses of eligible spas are sent through the website’s server to Google Maps solely to calculate driving distances for that request. The reply does not repeat a full street address, and this website does not write the searched address to its file or database storage. To understand follow-up messages such as ‘my address,’ the chat keeps only the resulting coordinates, a general locality, and whether the origin was an address, ZIP, or area inside an encrypted, HttpOnly browser cookie for up to 30 minutes. Recent context stored in that cookie replaces street addresses and ZIP codes with neutral placeholders. Your typed message remains visible in the current browser tab. You may enter only a ZIP code instead of a precise street address.

Essential security information

The web server processes limited request information, including network identifiers such as an IP address, to deliver pages, enforce request limits, prevent abuse, and investigate technical errors. This essential security processing does not depend on optional Analytics consent. Short-lived rate-limit records expire with their configured request window; hosting and security providers may maintain operational logs under their own retention settings.

Information collected with permission

Google Analytics 4 loads only after you accept Analytics in the privacy choices panel. It may process device, browser, approximate location, referral, page-view, and interaction information to help us understand website use. Advertising storage and Google advertising signals are disabled.
